Gray isn’t recognised in the United Kingdom (only as a person’s surname). However, we do have the word ‘grey’ which is a nondescript colour.
The Liberal Democrats are anything but grey. We are even arguing now over whether our colour is yellow or orange!
The Liberal Democrats stand for Openness, Tolerance and Unity. That means we are definitely multi-coloured!
Grey also denotes faceless or shapeless. Again the Liberal Democrats are dynamic and vibrant exactly the opposite of grey!
